With the previous season ending abruptly, the athletes are motivated more than ever.
"The kids came back just ready to work. In this first week of team practices, seven athletes got new skills," said Co-Owner and All-Star Coach, Dustin Baker.
The 6 teams at CNA train {two-three hours, two days each week} to get ready for choreography at the end of the summer with world-renowned choreographer, Lewis McClendon.

CNA took three of its teams to compete at NCA. Royalty and Miss Twi5t won, and Midnight placed second.
