Question: Is there an age limit?
Answer: We offer tumbling classes beginning at age 4. Our competitive teams range from 5 to 18 years old.

Question: What is the difference between All-Star Cheer and Recreational Cheer?
Answer: All-Star cheer travels nationwide to compete and the season is year round. Recreational Cheer is an entry-level to cheer and only performs locally.

Question: How many competitions does CNA attend every year?
Answer: Our program attends between 6-8 competitions a year.

Question: How often do teams practice?
Answer: Teams practice two-three times a week for a total of 5 hours a week.

Question: How much does All-Star Cheer cost?
Answer: Our financial information can be found in the tryout packet here.

Question: How much are tumbling classes?
Answer: Our tumbling class rates can be found here. Email our office for questions about sibling discounts.

Question: Where is the gym located?
Answer: We are located at 2615-B Capital Circle NE Tallahassee,FL 32308. Our gym is connected to MGM Granite and next to Skateworld. 

Question: What are your office hours?
Answer: Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, from 4:30-8:30 PM. 

Question: Can boys try-out?
Answer: Yes! We would love to grow our coed program.

Question: Do you offer an open gym?
Answer: Our open gyms are on Wednesday nights from 9-10:30 PM.
